氣動(dòng)快裝蝶閥

一、工作原理：  衛(wèi)生級(jí)快裝蝶閥是用圓形蝶板作啟閉件并隨閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)來(lái)開(kāi)啟、關(guān)閉和調(diào)節(jié)流體通道的一種閥門(mén)。蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內(nèi)，圓盤(pán)形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)角度為0°~90°之間，旋轉(zhuǎn)到90°時(shí)，閥門(mén)則牌全開(kāi)狀態(tài)。

二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：不僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、材料耗用省，安裝尺寸小、而且驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩小，操作簡(jiǎn)便、迅速，并且還可同時(shí)具有良好的流量調(diào)節(jié)功能和關(guān)閉密封特性。裝蝶閥在*開(kāi)啟時(shí)，具有較小的流阻，當(dāng)開(kāi)啟在大約15°至70°之間時(shí)，又能進(jìn)行靈敏的流量控制，因而在大口徑的調(diào)節(jié)領(lǐng)域，蝶閥的應(yīng)用非常普遍;蝶閥閥板的運(yùn)動(dòng)帶有擦拭性，因而該焊接蝶閥可用于帶懸浮固定顆粒的介質(zhì)，依據(jù)密封件的強(qiáng)度也可用于粉狀和顆粒狀介質(zhì)。

三、密封：  裝蝶閥屬中線軟密封蝶閥，其密封原理為，閥板加工時(shí)保證其密封面具有合適的表面粗造度值，合成橡膠閥座在模壓成型時(shí)形成密封面合適的表面粗糙值。閥門(mén)關(guān)閉時(shí)，通過(guò)閥板的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，閥板的外圓密封面擠壓合成橡膠閥座，使合成橡膠閥座產(chǎn)生彈性變形彈性力作為密封比壓保證閥門(mén)的密封。

四、優(yōu)點(diǎn)

五、選用原則：  適用于要求達(dá)到*密封、氣體試驗(yàn)泄漏為零、壽命要求較高、工作溫度在此10℃至150℃的淡水、污水、海水、鹽水、蒸氣、天然氣、食品、藥品、油品和各種酸堿及其他衛(wèi)生級(jí)潔凈管路上。

When the valve is closed, through the rotation of the valve plate, the outer sealing surface of the valve plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat, so that the synthetic rubber valve seat produces elastic deformation elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the valve.
